Xytel India: A Journey of Innovation and Growth
1991: Xytel India Pvt Ltd established in Pune, launching its journey in turnkey Pilot and Mini Plants.
1991-1992: First consultation project in project and site management.
1993: First turnkey order for a Propane Dewaxing Unit.
1993-1994: Expansion of office space and factory land acquisition.
1995: Delivered FCC PP for Oil & Gas major and a Hydrocracker Plant for a leading PSU.
Inauguration of Xytel’s Workshop
In 1997, Xytel India marked a significant milestone by inaugurating its dedicated workshop in Bhosari, Pune. This facility enabled the company to manufactured variety of Pilot Plants in-house, solidifying its position as a leader in turnkey Pilot and Mini Plant solutions. This advancement enhanced Xytel’s ability to deliver high-quality, custom-engineered systems, showcasing its commitment to innovation and self-reliance.
Xytel India's Milestones: Expansion and Innovation
2001: Secured first export project to Kuwait, expanding into international markets.
2002: Shifted Design and Marketing office to the Bhosari workshop for streamlined operations.
2003: Milestone of supply of 50th Pilot Plant achieved. And fittingly it was to a premier Institute.
Xytel India Milestones
2007: Secured its first export project to China, further expanding its global footprint.
2009: Reached a landmark with the dispatch of the 100th pilot plant, a High-Pressure CSTR Unit to a leading PSU.
2010: Expansion of company: State of the art design center established.
Global Expansion and Record-Breaking Projects
2011-2012: Signed a significant major contract in Thailand, marking its expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
2015: Xytel signed its biggest contract (value in excess of INR 100 Crores) for supply of Polypropylene Pilot Plant, underscoring its capability in large scale projects.
2015: Achieved the milestone of dispatching the 150th Pilot Plant, a Bench Scale Reactor Unit to a major private sector entity.
Technological Advancements and Global Success
2016: Successfully commissioned Polypropylene Pilot Plant, marking another achievement in advanced polymer technology.
2017: Completed the successful commissioning of the Polypropylene Pilot Plant, showcasing expertise in execution of large scale projects.
2019: Supplied the first-of-its-kind Biomass Treatment Plant known as the ARC unit, expanding its portfolio with innovative Alternate Energy solutions.
2022: We celebrated the commencement of the 200th pilot plant, a Sustainable Avaiation Fuel (SAF) Unit.
Reaching the end of 2024, Xytel has completed 225+ projects for over 50+ customers across 10+ nations, further solidifying its global presence and industry leadership. JOURNEY STILL CONTINUES.......

Our design office is equiped with latest versions of engineering design softwares allowing seamless project planning and efficient workflow executions.
High Bay Facility
A 3000 sq. ft. high-bay area, ideal for constructing large-scale plants up to 45 ft. in height.
Low Bay Facility
With 5000 sq. ft. of floor space and a 20 ft. ceiling height, this space is fully equipped for assembly and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Data Acquisition Center for Software Development
Our in-house software development team specialised in SCADA programming for various PLC platforms, ensuring smooth integration of process and instrumentation.
